If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within (20) days of the date you received your item, and the product(s) must be in their original packaging and in the same condition it was received. We do not accept return or refund the following:• Items that have been altered or mishandled.• Items with custom work or painting at time of sale.• Special-order items not listed in our catalog or on our site (unless approved by customer service).• Items that have been installed or show signs of installation (markings, holes, scratches, plumber's putty, etc.).
